Clubs

Groups of students united by a common interest or purpose. They offer a wide range of opportunities for students to connect with peers, develop skills, and explore different aspects of student life.  Clubs contribute to a vibrant campus life, enriching the overall student experience. 


Types of Student Clubs:

Academic/Educational Clubs: These clubs focus on specific academic disciplines, often providing support, networking, and enrichment opportunities for students in those fields.

Community Service Clubs: These clubs focus on volunteering and giving back to the community, often partnering with local organizations to address various needs.

Arts Clubs: These clubs cater to students interested in various art forms, such as music, theater, visual arts, and film.

Sports and Recreation Clubs: These clubs offer opportunities for students to participate in sports, fitness, and recreational activities.

Cultural Clubs: These clubs celebrate and promote different cultures, often hosting events and activities to foster cultural understanding and appreciation. 

Political and Student Government Clubs: These clubs focus on political engagement and student representation, often working to advocate for student interests within the school and beyond. 

Media Clubs: These clubs focus on journalism, broadcasting, and other forms of media, providing students with opportunities to develop their communication skills.

  1. Request is completed by Club/Committee and deposited at main office in an ASB mailbox. 
  2. Teacher or assigned leadership students checks for any requests deposited and timestamps when received.
  3. ASB reviews request and at the footnote of the request form; president, vice-president , or treasurer checks and notes whether denied or approved.
  4. If approved; the request is shared with administration for second approval.
  5. And if necessary, after approved by ASB and admin; request is sent to financial manager by ASB.
